Design and Simulation of a Single Piezoelectric-Driven Rotary Actuator with Double-Layer Flexible Mechanism

چکیده

A novel pure rotary actuator with a double-layer flexible mechanism (RA-DFM), which is driven by single piezoelectric ceramic in the lower and generates rotational motion upper mechanism, proposed this paper. The output of successively amplified using an enhanced double Scott–Russell two lever-type mechanisms to obtain large rotation range. static, kinematic dynamic properties RA-DFM are numerically analyzed, actual analyzed considering input stiffness. geometric parameters optimized based on constructed numerical models. Finite element analysis has been implemented validate correctness theoretical models further evaluate property. simulation results show maximal angle 15.14 mrad 0.44% center drift.
